Five promises about your bill

Pricing you can predict, because we count the way you'd expect us to.

One run = one execution

A flow with 2 steps and a flow with 40 steps each count as a single run. Step count never changes the price.

Failures are free

Failed runs, retries, duplicates and test runs are never billed. You are only charged for a run that finishes successfully.

Helpers don't count

Filters, routers and formatters run for free. Only the real work — the steps that reach the outside world — draws from your runs.

GST, done right

GST is charged on top of every plan and your GSTIN appears on every invoice — so it flows straight into your books.

We migrate you free

Switching from another tool? Show us your last invoice on WhatsApp and we move your flows across for free.

03 Billing questions

The fine print, in plain words

What exactly is a “run”?
A run is one full execution of a workflow, from trigger to last step — however many steps it contains. Filters, routers and formatters inside that flow don't add to the count, and a 2-step flow costs the same as a 40-step flow: one run.
Do failed runs cost money?
No. Failed runs, retries, duplicates and test runs are always free. You are only ever charged for a run that finishes successfully — so a flaky third-party API or a bad payload never costs you a rupee.
How is GST handled?
Plans are billed in advance in rupees and GST is added on top at the applicable rate. Add your GSTIN once and it prints on every invoice, ready for your input-tax credit. Payments run through Razorpay — we never store your card.
Can I cancel or change plan any time?
Yes. There's no lock-in and no notice period. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like from inside the app, and you can export all your workspace data on your way out.
What happens if I go over my monthly runs?
We tell you well before you hit the limit — on WhatsApp and in the dashboard — so nothing stops without warning. From there you can upgrade in a couple of taps, and the higher limit applies straight away.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes — 1,000 runs a month, 100 AI steps and every connector unlocked, with no card required. The live demo needs no signup at all, so you can try the real product before you create a workspace.
I'm switching from another tool — is migration free?
It is. Message us your most recent invoice from your current tool on WhatsApp and we'll rebuild your flows on Yantra for free, so you're not paying twice while you move across.
Which plan unlocks Tally, self-healing and the priority queue?
Pro and Business. Pro switches on self-healing, the priority queue and the two-way Tally bridge (post vouchers, read outstanding bills). Business adds client workspaces and white-label reports on top of everything in Pro.
