Yantra is an automation platform operated by Codelith Lab ("we", "us", "Yantra"), based in Pune, India. By creating an account or using Yantra you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Yantra lets you build and run automated workflows that connect apps such as WhatsApp, Tally, Google Sheets and your own website forms. Features, connectors and plan limits are described on our pricing page and may change as the product evolves.
You agree not to use Yantra to send spam or unsolicited messages, to break the rules of any connected platform (including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies), to break any law, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data. You are responsible for obtaining consent from the people you message.
You may cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your workspace data belongs to you. We process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from within the app.
We work to keep Yantra running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
Yantra is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
